As parents and Year 6 children make decisions regarding secondary education we very much hope Thornhill will be the preferred choice for many pupils.

All year 6 pupils in our partner primary schools will have received a letter from us together with a copy of our new prospectus. As we are unable to host our usual open evening due to covid 19 restrictions watch out for our latest promotional video on this website and also our social media sites as from early October. Hopefully this will give everyone an insight into what can be offered to new starters at Thornhill and why we are so very proud of our academy.

Thornhill Academy will be a natural progression for so many year 6 children as they have already had several visits to us, including our amazing ‘Planetarium Event’ last spring.
